    When you get a chance could you post your recipe for light rye loaves? Also I think I had that recipe with orange zest (made by you) and if that’s a variation on these loaves could you suggest how to add that orange zest?

      Thanks Karen! I’ll try to post the light rye recipe this week. The orange zest is a variation on a theme – I usually use zest, but in this one case, I put in large strips of zest that I had candied for another recipe. It was really good, but might seem like a lot of work for a loaf of bread… Stay tuned! T.
